General sales conditions

Booking:

The booking will be effective as soon as we have obtained a 25% deposit of the total amount. The balance should be paid later at the arrival. We will ask you to sign the general sales conditions.

Guarantee and incoming Outgoing inventoty of fixtures :

Security deposit (Guarantee of 25% of the rental’s total amount) should be paid by Cheque when keys are given to the tenant / à la remise des clés. The owner will give it back to the tenant after maximum 7 days. If any impairments are recognized in the outgoing statement of fixtures, the owner is entitled to withhold part of the deposit. This deposit, less repairs, in this case must be returned no later than 2 months from the state of fixtures. If the repair costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the difference will be due.
An inventory will be settled at the arrival and the departure. This inventory is the only reference in case of litigation concerning the inventory. The state of cleanliness of the house on arrival of the tenant, also at the departure will be also initially mentioned. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure unless the guest choses to order the "Cleaning end of stay " The tenant is required to be insured by an insurance contract resort type “Villégiature” generally included in your home insurance / liability.

Schedule:

Arrivals are from 4pm and departures before 10am. No discount will be granted for late arrival or early departure.

Cancellation :

In case of cancellation requested by the tenant, the deposit will not be refunded. If it occurs in a time of less than 30 days prior to arrival at the scene, the balance will be due. Delays greater than 24 hours, without warning you, will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. No refund will be made and the balance will be due. In case of cancellation by the owner, he transfers to the tenant the full amount paid and an allowance equal to the deposit.

Entrance :

Cars are allowed to drive very slowly in the property, ONLY for arrivals and departures of residents. The rest of the time, vehicles must be at the car park.

Animals :

Our pets are welcome, except around the pool and only under the condition that they are wise and clean. For the safety of all, they have to be kept on a leash throughout the enclosure of the property. Dogs cannot stay alone in the apartement.

Swimming pool :

For hygiene reasons, take a shower before entering the pool. Bermuda and shorts are forbidden in the pool, only the swimsuit is allowed. The pool is unsupervised. Children must always be accompanied by an adult who can swim. We decline liability.

Calm and security :

To safeguard the wellbeing of all, the tranquility of the neighborhood should not be disturbed. For security reasons, in any case the number of tenants per cottage must not be exceeded, including children. Visitors for the day are occasionally permitted and must be reported to the host as they arrive. The tenant may not object to the visit of the premises upon request of the owner or his representative. Le Moulin Des Ocres is not responsible in case of theft. The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy at the end of the stay. Any breach of these terms and conditions of sale may result in termination of the contract which will be considered at the client's initiative. In all cases, we will endeavor to settle disputes amicably.
